By downloading or using ShadowSets, you agree to these Terms and all applicable App Store requirements.
2. No account requirement
Core usage does not require account or profile registration. You may use the app without sign-up flows.
3. License
RapidLabs grants a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use ShadowSets on supported Apple devices.
4. Restrictions
- No reverse engineering except where law permits.
- No unlawful, abusive, or harmful use.
- No unauthorized commercial redistribution.
5. Warranty disclaimer
The app is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent allowed.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RapidLabs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from app use.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms and publish revisions with an updated effective date.
